基于虚拟现实技术的脑机交互反馈系统设计

Design of BCI Feedback System Based on Virtual Reality Technology

摘要:

为训练受试者调整自身状态,以便于产生适应识别算法的EEG信号,本文设计了基于虚拟现实反馈方式的脑机交互反馈系统。该系统将脑-机接口技术与虚拟现实技术相结合,首先在3DMAX中建立虚拟人模型,然后在虚拟现实中为角色模型添加设计好的动作, 最后系统通过实时调用数据库来控制角色模型的动作。仿真结果表明受试者可实时地对虚拟人的反馈动作与自己的想象运动进行比较,及时调整自己以达到想象运动与反馈动作的一致性。研究结果初步证明了该反馈系统的可行性,本研究为BCI反馈系统的设计提供了良好的思路。

A brain computer interface (BCI) feedback system based on virtual reality was designed for trainning testers to adjust their status, and result in the product of EEG signals adapted to recognition algorithm. BCI technology and virtual reality (VR) technology were combined in the system. Firstly, the virtual human models were built in 3DMAX. And then the designed actions were added to role models in VR. Finally the system called the database in real time to command role models. Simulation results showed that a man tester could compare his own imagine movements with feedback actions in real time, and adjust himself timely to achieve consistency of feedback actions and imagination. Research results preliminary prove the feasibility of the feedback system, and present a good example for the design of BCI feedback system.
