Objective The output signal of charge coupled device (CCD) includes many kinds
of noises,and the reset noise is the main noise.So in CCD signal acquisition system,one of
the key techniques is that the CCD signal noises must be eliminated or weakened.Methods The
paper firstly analyzes the generating mechanism of CCD reset noise in detail,then designs
the signal processing circuits based on correlated double sampling (CDS) technique.Results
The tests proved the efficiency of the circuits in reducing the CCD noises.Conclusions It
was indicated that the CDS technique inhibited the CCD reset noise to some extent,which was
propitious for further collection and transmission of CCD signal.
