验光头镜片组合光度测量平台的搭建

Measurement platform of refractor head’s combined diopter

摘要:

目的 验光镜片组合后屈光度的精确度是考核验光头质量的重要参数,其检验难点在于如何实现在使用状态下的非破坏性测量。方法 通过在常见光具座上,辅以实验室自行研发的载物台、自校验球/柱镜片,形成以“光源、准直物镜、测量目标、验光头、自校验球/柱镜片和读数系统”同轴的光机电一体化的验光头专用检测装置,实现了验光头镜片组合后的顶焦度、轴位和棱镜度等参数在使用状态下的非破坏性测量。结果 验光头组合球镜度、柱镜度、柱镜轴位、棱镜度、棱镜基底、同心度的测量和验光头组合亮度的测量不确定度分析表明,该平台测试结果稳定,误差来源清晰,精度较高。结论 该测量平台可以满足技术机构开展产品注册检验和计量检定的要求。

Objective  One of the most important parameters of refractor head is the diopter accuracy and the test difficulty is how to conduct non-destructive measurements as the equipment in use.Methods This optical electromechanical integrated special test equipment is composed of a series of coaxial systems,including light source,collimating objective lens,measuring object,refractor heads,self-calibration ball or cylindrical lens,and reading system.The non-destructive measurement of certain important refractor head parameters,such as focal vertex,axial position and prism,is achieved successfully by using this equipment.Results The uncertainty analysis and the measurement results of the refractor head parameters indicate that the platform can provide stable test results,distinct error sources and high measurement precision.Conclusions This platform meets the requirements of technical organization for product registration test and metrological verification.
