基于Blackfin_DSP的便携式妊娠高血压综合征监测仪的研制

摘要:

目的  为实现应用血流动力学参数动态预测妊娠高血压综合征(pregnancy-induced hypertension, PIH),并提高预测的准确率,研制了一种便携式妊娠高血压综合征监测系统。方法 根据血流动力学预测妊娠高血压综合征的原理,结合脉搏波法检测血流动力学参数的关键技术要求,以ADSP-BF531处理器为控制核心,利用压力传感器提取孕妇脉搏波信号,通过对波形的分析,提取有关的血流动力学参数。结果 实现了对孕妇血流参数的实时检测与显示,为妊娠高血压综合征的及时诊断提供有效信息。结论 该系统体积小,无创,操作简单方便,不仅适用于临床,更适合社区及家庭使用。

Objective To predict pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) dynamically by using hemodynamic parameters and improve the accuracy of forecasts, we develop a portable monitoring system for PIH. Methods  According to the principles of hemodynamics predicting PIH and the key technical requirement for pulse wave velocity detecting hemodynamic parameters, we design a system which is based on ADSP-BF531 processor, picks-up pulse wave by a pressure transducer and extracts relevant parameters after the analysis of the pulse wave signals. Results The system may detect the hemodynamic parameters in real-time and provide valid information for the PIH diagnosis in time. Conclusions The system is characterized as small size, non-invasive and easy to be operated, which may be used in hospitals, communities and families.
