肋软骨黏弹性函数拟合及广义Kelvin模型

摘要:

目的 针对肋软骨的生物力学研究较少,且仅限于简单实验分析的现状,本文对肋软骨黏弹性函数关系进行了研究。方法 采用最小二乘法得到肋软骨的应力-应变函数、归一化应力松弛函数,最后确定了松弛函数。着重构建了黏弹性材料广义Kelvin模型,并用来表述肋软骨归一化蠕变函数,同时对所建函数拟合精度进行了仿真分析。结果 研究结果表明,所建函数及模型能较好地表述肋软骨生物力学性能。结论本文的研究对肋软骨的三维可视化模型有限元分析和正常生理及损伤机制的研究有重要参考价值。

Objective The present biomechanics researches of costal cartilage are not enough and mainly limited to plain experimental analysis. This paper focuses on the function relationship for the viscoelasticity of costal cartilage. Methods We established the stress-strain function and a normalized stress relaxation function and the relaxation function by least-square method. In addition,a generalized Kelvin model for viscoelastic materials was built to express the normalized creep function,and the simulation analysis on fitting accuracy of the functions was carried out. Results The functions and model built in this paper could represent the biomechanics of costal cartilage well. Conclusions This research can be utilized as reference for the finite element analysis of three-dimensional visualization model of costal cartilage and further research on normal physiology and damage mechanism of costal cartilage.
