Construction and applications of TCM clinical research information integration system

摘要:

目的 建立中医数据标准,通过中医临床医疗科研信息共享系统,结构化采集临床医疗及其科研数据
,构建病种医学知识库,为病种的后期分析提供数据支持。方法 采用C/S/S(Client/ Webservice
/DBServer)进行系统的整体构架设计。结果 本系统分为三大部分:门诊医生工作站、住院医生工作站以
及科研医生工作站。系统具有三大特点:标准化临床术语、结构化病历采集以及异构系统信息共享中心。
结论 标准的临床数据为规范的结构化病历提供前提,规范的结构化病历模板为中医科研分析的实现提供
了基础。

Objective According to the data standards of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)
,by using the TCM clinical research information integration system (CRIIS),the clinical
and research data of structured collection can build the disease medical knowledge base and
provide support for the analysis on the latter stage of the disease.Methods The overall
architecture of the system is designed with Client/Webservice/DBServer (C/S/S).Results The
system has three parts:the outpatient medical workstation,the hospital doctor workstation
and the research doctor workstation. The system has three major features:the
standardization of clinical terminology,the structured medical record acquisition and the
heterogeneous system information integration center. Conclusions Standard clinical data
provide premises for the specification of the structured medical records. Canonical
structured medical record templates provide the basis for the realization of TCM scientific
research and analysis.
