摘要：

目的解决医院手术患者家属等候区环境嘈杂的问题。方法采用Delphi开发手术患者家属等候区大屏语音系统，通过医院信息系统接口获取手术患者基本信息，用DVI接口完成LED屏显示，利用语音合成及真人录音结合的方法进行语音播报。结果该系统界面友好，操作简单，大屏显示清晰，语音播报悦耳动听。结论提供了一种简便易行的手术患者家属等候区大屏语音系统的实现方法，可改善医院对手术等候区的管理，营造一个安静有序的环境。

Objective To solve the noisy problem in the waiting area for patients’ families. Methods The large screen voice system in the waiting area for patients’ families is developed by Delphi development. The system achieves the operation patient’ basic information from hospital information system，completes the LED screen display by using the DVI interface，broadcasts by using speech synthesis and live recording combined method.Results The interface of the system is friendly and easy to operate，the large screen display is clear and the voice broadcast is excellent.Conclusions This paper provides an easy method for the implementation of large screen voice system. This system improves the hospital management and constructs a quiet environment in the waiting area for patients’ families.
