人工肝的研究已有半世纪之久，自人工肝概念提出以来，人工肝的理念、技术、设备、临床应用等不断更新，目前已经基本形成了非生物型、生物型和混合型人工肝的三大类型。本文对其发展历史及现状进行了概述。
