___________失眠舌象特征的量化研究_________

摘要：

目的已知失眠患者的舌象多伴有相应的特征性变化，本文主要对失眠患者舌象特征进行量化研究。方法首先从较典型的气虚血瘀型和心火亢盛型失眠症着手，提取失眠患者与健康人群舌象的颜色特征、Tamura纹理特征和舌体边缘的齿痕特征，然后分析两组舌象特征之间的差异。结果失眠组舌色R、G、B值和舌体齿痕数与健康对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)，纹理特征对比亦差异显著(P<0.05)。结论失眠组舌象的颜色、纹理、齿痕特征参数，能够为辅助临床诊断提供客观参考依据，具有临床参考价值。

Objective The insomnia patients’ tongues often have the corresponding changes. This paper focuses on the quantitative studies of the insomnia tongues. Methods Commencing with the typical insomnia of Qi and blood stasis type and firelight hyperactivity type，we extract the features of the tongue’s color，Tamura texture and tooth mark from insomnia patients and healthy people，and then make an analysis between the two groups. Results The differences of R，G，B values and the numbers of the tooth marks are significant (P<0.01) between the two groups，and the texture differences have statistics significance (P<0.05). Conclusions The characteristic parameters of the color，texture and tooth mark of the insomnia patients’ tongues can provide an objective reference for the traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis.
