近五年首都医科大学国家自然科学基金的结题情况看科研项目过程管理的重要性_________

摘要：

为提高基金项目的完成质量，首都医科大学自2007年起实施了科研项目的年中检查制度，每年6月进行市级以上项目的中期检查。通过年中检查，不仅提升了科研项目的完成质量，更为更多新项目的申请奠定了基础。本文详细介绍了年中检查的具体做法及意义，并以国家自然科学基金项目为例，在分析结题情况的基础上，提出加强科研项目过程管理的重要性。

In order to improve the completion quality of the foundation projects，Capital Medical University implemented mid-year examination system for research projects above municipal level from 2007. The mid-term examination not only improved the completion quality of the research projects，but also laid foundations for more projects. This article introduced specific practices and significance in detail. The projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China gained by Capital Medical University as an example，the article proposed the importance of scientific research project management on the basis of the project accomplishment analysis.
