摘要：

磁共振弥散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging，DTI)作为一种功能磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging，MRI)，在临床诊疗中发挥了重要作用。本文先介绍了DTI临床应用的各个领域，重点阐述了其在脑部疾病的应用，后指出临床应用中存在的问题，并对其前景进行了展望。

As a kind of functional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)，MR diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) plays an important role in the fields of clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper，the clinical applications of DTI are firstly introduced，and the field for cerebral disease is especially emphasized. Then the existing defects in clinical applications of DTI are outlined and the prospect is also forecasted.
