The prediction model based on medical images，which could help doctors in decision making of diseases hard to be diagnosed，has aroused more and more public concern. The prediction models for medical image analysis include data mining，regression forecast method and time series prediction method，etc. In this review，the application of data mining and other models，comparison between these models and the effects of combined application are briefly introduced. The joint applications of different models might be better to some extent.
