区域协同医疗临床路径架构模型与控制执行引擎设计

摘要：

目的实现病历区域医疗协同信息化支持，建立区域临床路径信息架构模型。方法以医学本体为基础

，以临床医疗关键节点为单位，实现特定疾病临床路径执行控制引擎，对患者临床信息实现语义集成和诊疗

事件安排，完成区域临床路径执行和衔接。结果建立了区域临床路径信息模型，实现了临床工作流关键节

点的执行控制。结论区域临床路径信息模型对区域医疗协同有重要作用，能支持医院之间的患者临床信息

共享和转诊转检。

Objective To achieve regional medical collaboration information support and

establish regional clinical path information architecture model. Methods Based on medical

ontology and clinical key nodes as units，we implement the control engine for the specific

disease of clinical pathways，achieve semantic integration and event scheduling for clinical

information of patients and clinics，and accomplish the execution and convergence of regional

clinical pathways. Results A regional clinical pathway information model is established to

achieve the execution control for the critical nodes of clinical workflow. Conclusions The

regional clinical pathway information model for regional medical collaboration has an

important role to support patients between hospitals to share clinical information and

referral turn seized.
