基于嵌入式Web服务器的心电远程监护系统

An ECG tele-monitoring system based on embedded web server

摘要:

目的 设计一种基于嵌入式Web服务器的心电远程监护系统。方法 采用低功耗ARM9微处理器为核心的开发板,移植嵌入式Linux系统和Web服务器,通过Java Applet和CGI设计开发,利用动态网页实现心电信号的远程实时监护。结果 设计的心电记录器能准确地采集和显示各类心电信号,浏览器端能动态显示心电波形和分析结果,可准确实时地进行远程监护。结论 本系统操作方便、成本低,实现了现有动态心电监护仪缺乏的实时监测,适合家庭和社区的心电监护。

Objective An ECG tele-monitoring system based on embedded web server was designed.Methods The embedded Linux RTOS and web server were transplanted into the development board which had a low power micro-controller ARM9.Through the design and development of Java Applet and CGI, the browser displayed the ECG waveforms and realized the tele-monitoring of ECG signals.Results The system realized the tele-monitoring of ECG signals through showing all kinds of ECG waveforms and analysis results in the browser and the results were accurate and reliable.Conclusions The system overcomes the limitations of tele-monitoring in Holter, and it is easy to operate and suitable for family and community medicine.
