基于键盘钩子技术的HIS语音报价系统

摘要：

目的在不具备修改HIS源代码的条件下，完成电脑报价器和HIS收费系统的无缝连接，以实现电脑唱收唱付。方法实时读取数据表，获取患者姓名和应缴费数额；用键盘钩子(Hook)截获Windows键盘消息，获取键盘录入的预收金额；用外挂执行程序驱动电脑报价器，实现显示和语音输出。结果准确实时实现门诊收费时电脑语音报价和收费信息显示。结论在不具备修改HIS源代码的条件下，为实现电脑报价器的接入提供了一个新途径，具有很强的实用价值。

Objective Without the condition of modification for the source code of HIS, we realized the seamless connection of the voice quote system and HIS charge system in order to voice the amount in receiving and paying by computer.Methods We read the database table real time to obtain the patient name and payment amount, intercepted Windows keyboard messages by using keyboard hook to achieve the keyboard input in amount, and drove the voice quote system with plug-in program for the realization of information display and voice output.Results The voice was quoted and the charge information was displayed in the outpatient system accurately and real time.Conclusions Without modifying the source code of HIS, we provided a new way for the connection of voice quote system to HIS, which was of great practical value.
