The study of pulse detection method has always been the frontiers of traditional Chinese medicine.In order to achieve the objectification of pulse diagnosis, the objective reproduction of pulse beat is necessary.The main research areas include the development of the pulse instrument, clinical studies, arameter analysis and etc.The design and development of the pulse instrument is particularly important.This article summarizes the research progress of the pulse instrument at home and abroad, and expounds the classification of the corresponding sensors and its application status.Although the focus of the pulse instrument at home and abroad might be different, all the improvements are made to meet the clinical needs and improve the social value.
