数字心电图机滤波器通频带和打印方式的设定对心电图判读的影响

Influences of frequency pass-band settings and print mode on electrocardiogram reading of digital electrocardiograph

摘要:

目的 为减少医疗设备设置、使用等因素对临床诊断的影响,研究数字心电图机滤波器通频带设置和打印方式选择对心电波形的影响。方法 连接数字心电图机和检定仪EGC-1C,检定仪输出信号稳定不变。选择数字心电图机不同的低频、高频截止频率和打印方式,测试心电信号的Q、R、S波幅值, ST段水平的变化。结果 对多数数字心电图机来说,低通截止频率相同时,高通截止频率越高,Q、R、S波幅值误差越小。高频截止频率相同时,低频截止频率越高,ST段水平值越大。“节律”打印方式下,ST段水平值较大。结论 滤波器通频带设置和打印方式选择对心电图的判读有影响。滤波器的滤波作用、输出数据有无数据补偿、仪器设计和使用可能是造成此结果的原因。

Objective To reduce the influence of different settings in usage of medical equipment, we study on print mode and filter pass-band settings’ impact on output of certain digital electrocardiographs. Methods Joining the digital electrocardiograph and EGC-1C testing instrument together, and with the output signal of EGC-1C holding on, we inspect Q, R, S output amplitude, and ST waveform of digital electrocardiograph with different filter pass-band settings and print mode. Results In many digital electrocardiographs, Q, R, S output amplitude error becomes smaller as the higher cut-off frequency becoming larger at the same lower cut-off frequency. And the ST amplitude becomes higher as the lower cut-off frequency becoming smaller at the same higher cut-off frequency. ST amplitude is higher in rhythm print mode. Conclusions Filter pass-band settings and print mode have impact on output of digital electrocardiograph. Filter function, data compensation, equipment design and usage might be the reasons of different electrocardiogram results.
