心脏起搏器自动阈值夺获功能的对比与适应性分析

Comparison and adaptability analysis on automatic threshold control function of pacemaker

摘要:

           在心脏起搏器自动化进程中,除了安全性,节电及便利性也是起搏器应用中备受关注的焦点。自动阈值夺获功能可自动测试心室起搏阈值。不同种类的起搏器,其自动夺获功能的原理不尽相同,且各有特点。本文对比了国内主要使用的三大品牌起搏器,即美国Pacesetter、德国Biotronik和美国Medtronic的自动阈值夺获功能,在安全性、智能性、程控便利性及电极兼容性等方面进行对比分析,具有较强的临床指导意义。    

       Except for security, power saving and convenience are also the focuses in the automation process of cardiac pacemaker. Automatic threshold capture means that the pacemaker adjusts output voltage. The principle of each type of pacemaker is different from other types and characteristic. In this article, we compare the automatic threshold capture function of the three major brands (Pacesetter, Biotronik and Medtronic) used in our country. The safety, intelligence, convenience and electromagnetic compatibility are analyzed for doctors to make optimal selection and recommendation for different patients.
