一种基于ZigBee无线网络的多参数医疗监护节点的设计

摘要:

对患者进行长时间实时生理参数监控一直是医院慢性病治疗的重要工作之一,针对传统医疗监护设备体形大、成本高、位置固定、接线复杂的缺点,本文结合Zigbee无线技术,从小型化、无线化、网络化入手,设计了一种佩戴于手腕,集成了血压、血氧、体温多参数测量的医疗监护节点,并增加了液晶显示、自动报警等功能。实地实验结果显示,该节点能较准确地测量出患者的多项生理参数,并结合上位网关,搭建起适用于医院、养老院等机构的无线监护系统,极大地方便患者的监护治疗过程与医院的管理。

The monitoring of patients’ physiological parameters is usually the emphasis of medical treatments for chronic diseases. Considering the traditional guardianship equipment’s disadvantages as big size, high cost, fixed position and complicated wiring, we design a kind of wrist-weared multi-parameter monitor based on ZigBee wireless network. Designed from the view of miniaturization, wireless technology and network, this monitor integrates the measure modules of blood pressure, blood oxygen and temperature, and adds the function of screen display and alarm. The experimental results show that this monitoring system can get the accurate physiological parameters of the patients, and effectively simplify the patients’ treatments and the hospital management with network.
