摘要:

淋巴结检测和定量分析在癌症分期、疗效评估等方面具有非常重要的意义。目前,对淋巴结的检测与评估通常是基于三维CT图像,且基本由医生手动完成。近年来,基于计算机和图像处理技术的淋巴结自动检测算法受到一定程度的关注。本文在分析淋巴结空间分布和图像特征的基础之上,首先从感兴趣区的确定、候选淋巴结检测和假阳性淋巴结的去除三个方面对已有淋巴结自动检测算法做一综述,然后对不同淋巴结自动检测算法的性能进行比较,最后对淋巴结自动检测算法发展趋势如检测区域扩展、先验知识利用、淋巴结类型增多等方面做出分析和展望。

Lymph node detection and quantitative analysis are very important for cancer staging and treatment effectiveness assessment. To date, the detection and assessment of lymph nodes are mainly based on 3D CT images and performed manually by the clinicians. In recent years, the automated detection algorithms with the techniques of computer and image processing have received a great deal of attention. Based on the analysis of the spatial distribution characteristics and image features of lymph nodes, this paper reviews on lymph node detection algorithms from the aspects of the determination of regions of interest, detection of lymph node candidates and reduction of false positives at first. Then the performances of different lymph node detection algorithms are compared. And the development of automated lymph node detection algorithm is analyzed from the detection regions, prior knowledge utilization, lymph node types, and etc.
