基于形态学重构的宫腔镜下子宫内膜腺体开口标记算法

Marking algorithm of endometrial glandular openings based on morphological reconstruction under hysteroscopy

摘要:

目的 在宫腔镜下为胚胎种植窗口期的子宫容受性提供一个量化的评价方法,提

出一个宫腔镜下的子宫内膜腺体开口标记算法。方法 采用数学形态学重构算法

提取可能的腺体开口区域,利用多尺度的高斯滤波增强腺体区域去除噪声,最

后使用数学形态学的区域最大值标记腺体开口。结果 该标记算法的标记结果与

专家标记结果进行比对,灵敏度为84.72%±8.00%,Dice相似度系数达83.80%±

4.56%。结论 经仿真和真实数据验证,提出的子宫内膜腺体开口标记算法是有

效的。

Objective To provide a quantitative evaluation method of the window

of uterine receptivity for implantation, a marking algorithm of

endometrial glandular openings under hysteroscopy was proposed.

Methods Candidate areas of glandular openings were detected by

morphological reconstruction algorithm and enhanced by multi-scale

Gaussian filter, while noises were suppressed. The glandular openings

were finally marked based on the regional maximum value. Results The

result of the proposed algorithm was compared with the result of the

experts. The sensitivity of the proposed algorithm was 84.72% ±

8.00%, Dice similarity coefficient reached 83.80% ± 4.56%.

Conclusions Simulation and experiment results indicated that the

proposed algorithm could effectively mark the endometrial glandular

openings under hysteroscopy.
