Objective To explore the effect and the significance of the systematic management of medical equipment archives.Methods Sixty patients from April 2012 to April 2013 were accepted in our line of ordinary medical equipment archives management as a control group,60 patients from May 2013 to May 2014 were accepted in branch line of systematic management of medical equipment archives as observation group.Economic benefits,patient satisfaction and the incidence of medical disputes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Medical disputes (8.33%) and economic disputes rate (13.33%) of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (26.67%,35.00%).The differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).The direct benefits ［(789.52±120.15)×104CNY］ and indirect benefits ［389.61 ± 86.25)×104CNY］ of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group［ (658.57 ±122.18)×104CNY,(235.54 ±72.83)×104CNY］.The differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).The perfect satisfaction rate of the observation group is significantly higher than control group accounted for 86.67% to 70.00%.Proportion of dissatisfaction in the observation group is 5.00%,lower than the control group significantly,with statistically significant differences (all P<0.05).Conclusions The systematic management of medical equipment archives can significantly reduce the incidence of medical disputes,economic disputes,improve the hospital economic benefits,meanwhile,increase patient satisfaction and provide the necessary guarantee for the safety treatment.
